Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 days for us to process and dispatch your order. Expect an email within 2-5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

As we are solely an online store we are unable to do store pick-ups and click and collect order. Sorry for any inconvenience!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using Australia Post Regular Parcel Post. Australia Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders under $30aud. All order over $30 will receive free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any orders marked as 'Heavy' typically 20kg and over will be sent via courier. Courier delivery times may vary but are typically 3-10 days. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.roamingroo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
